Floor17 is the highest rooftop terrace in Amsterdam, sitting 85 meters up on the 17th floor of the Leonardo Hotel Rembrandtpark. The whole point is the view: panoramic skyline from the bar, restaurant, and terrace. You're basically looking at the city with all the highlights right in front of you. It's a restaurant and cocktail bar, open from late afternoon until midnight or 1 AM depending on the day.
