It sits along the Vleutense Wetering, a route that used to be a major trade path way before the Domtoren even existed. That history is cool and all, but what matters is what it is now: a place for local, organic food and drinks, with a menu that covers lunch, dinner, snacks, group arrangements, and BBQ. They're open Tuesday through Sunday from 11:30, so it works for a lazy afternoon or a proper evening out. The vibe is less "polished city restaurant" and more "we're building something here." They want to make it a landmark for Leidsche Rijn locals, and honestly, the energy checks out.
