Thehinge
The Hinge is run by Boris Hüttig and Uli Schlepper, and the name means hinge, as in the thing that connects stuff. That's basically the whole idea: they bring the right people together and turn a party into an actual night out. Expect 90s and 2000s parties, EDM and hypertechno events, and a Ü40 party in the mix. You check the events page, grab tickets, and show up ready to meet people instead of standing in a corner. They also do the Weihnachtsmarkt in Alt-Sachsenhausen. So if you're in Dortmund and your calendar is looking dry, this is a solid place to start.
