Stael is a werfkelder in the heart of Utrecht, right on the Oudegracht. So you're basically sipping coffee in a historic vaulted cellar with a view of the canal. The vibe is warm and a bit refined, but not stuffy. It's the kind of place where you can actually hear yourself think. They do breakfast, lunch, and a high tea that comes in two rounds of sweet and savory bites with unlimited tea.
