Illegal Tapes is a Paris-based podcast project that lives somewhere between sound and story. It’s not a venue you walk into, it’s more of a vibe you plug into, built around conversations and recordings that feel raw and unpolished in the best way. You won’t find a menu or event lineup here. What you get is audio: podcasts and mixes hosted on SoundCloud, plus a steady presence on Instagram where the tapes keep rolling. It’s lowkey, direct, and a little mysterious, which honestly fits the name. If you’re into discovering new voices and sounds without the extra noise, this is worth a follow. No hype, just tapes.
