Dansschool Maria Robles
Okay so like. This isn’t just some random dance studio, it’s been around for almost 50 years, which is wild when you think about it. Three huge studios, big windows so you can watch your kid (or yourself) without hovering, and a chill waiting room for parents who are lowkey just there for the vibes. They teach everything: ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, acro, pointe, even competition stuff if you’re into that. Classes are sorted by age and skill so no one’s stuck doing baby moves or thrown into something way too advanced. And yeah, some families have been coming here for generations, which is kinda sweet but also a little intense. If you’re competitive, their team (MSDX) wins a lot, like, a lot a lot. But it’s not just about trophies; they do conventions, social events, the whole thing. And if you’re not trying to go pro, there are rec classes too. Basically, whether you’re there to mess around or go hard, it’s a solid spot.
