Daft Funk
Daft Funk Live is exactly what it sounds like: a tribute act that takes Daft Punk's music seriously enough to recreate it live, down to the lights, the instruments, and the mystery. These robots actually play the stuff, from Homework through Random Access Memories, with synchronized visuals and live renditions that go way beyond just pressing play. The whole thing started in 2018, and since then they've built a reputation that goes beyond the usual tribute circuit. They've played festivals like Burning Man's Robot Heart, BST Hyde Park, and Super Bock Super Rock, and the reviews speak for themselves. People who've seen the original duo say this is as close as you'll get, which is high praise considering the robots officially retired a while back. What makes it worth catching is the detail. They're not just playing the hits, they're doing unique mixes in that signature Daft Punk style, with a stage production that feels more like a full show than a cover s…
